Adam went walking to Hillsboro Peak while the parents stayed behind today.  This is an old picture of the fire tower being built.  Adam went up it today and said the steel was cold to the touch.  He is such a fast hiker without his pokey slow folk.  The trail is five miles  from the parking lot at Emory Pass to the tower climbing from 8600 to over 10,000 feet.  Adam loves the trail.  Last year C did it too.

We mostly stayed with Wade and visited with the folk here until Adam arrived then we went off to the store, drug store and the nice Artic Fox trailer.  Our favorite wasn't an Artic Fox, a Harmony 21 foot trailer that is made by Winnebago.  We both liked the floor plan.

Just thinking about our future a bit.  It was a fun day.
