Down into Canyon

Tuesday:
Trista thought this was a good day to visit Canyon. When Legacy-San (Adam, Trista and Cordelia's car) took off Ms Dolphin followed along behind. The first walk was down Uncle Tom's Trail (about half of which is Steel Steps bolted to the Canyon Wall). This trail is below the Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River on the South side of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone.

On Uncle Tom's "Trail".
See the Yellowstone River at the bottom??

So for any of our Dear Readers who don't know the Humanoids, here are the Dufuses on a Fence, with the Lower Falls Rumbling and Crashing in the background.

Then it was off to the North side of the Canyon, first to the Brink of the Upper Falls.

Then it was time to walk down to the Brink of the Lower Falls...You are looking almost straight down 308ft.

And here Jan is looking across the Canyon to the Uncle Tom's Trail.
(where we were a while ago).

Turning to the East, this is the View looking Down the Canyon...Beautiful, huh??
