is Mt Greylock, the
State Highpoint at 3300Ft.

Summertime with Amy means
Garden Harvest,
in this case Garlic.

It was also time to Harvest
these Eggplants.

You can probably guess where this is going....

Yup, its about Food.
That Eggplant went in
this Sandwich.
Chris made a Hearty Loaf
of Bread and Jan and Lew followed
Amy's Recipe from the Veganomicon
(including compressing with
Full Body Weight).
Boy was it Good Eating.

A Visit with Amy and Chris
is an excuse to eat at Elizabeth's
in Pittsfield,Ma.
An old house across from
the GE Factory
converted into one of the
hottest local eateries.

This is how Salad is presented.
Today made with:
3 kinds of Cucumber,
2 kinds of Sharp White Cheese,
Raisins, Fresh Peach slices,
Fresh Apple slices,
several Lettuce varieties,
Ripe Yellow Grape Tomatoes,
Shredded cabbage.
Changes some Daily.
