Quilting

Many years ago, Donna and I made pillows and wall hangings.  Jim's Mom made quilts.  One year she sold our stuff with her quilts.  When I went to the mall to help her, I looked at her quilts and thought that someday I would like to make a quilt.  So did Donna.

Donna joined a number of quilter's clubs since moving to Weatherford, Tx.  Today we took a tour of Donna's quilts.

This one is called I Spy and its a kid's wall hanging.  She worked on it with her Grandson, Gregory.
This is my favorite on her walls.
This one won a ribbon at a quilt contest.

Here is one called chocolate hearts.
Some are for the holidays.
Little and big hang in the different rooms.

Here is the sewing room.  Note the closet with the arranged squares by color!

Here are some of the many projects in the works that she has going.
She is sooo talented.  Maybe someday it will rub off on me!
